Terry did an outstanding job of helping us to prepare our house to be sold. He is a Real Estate Professional! He was excellent in his photography and knowing what pictures to submit to Zillow. Terry was very knowledgeable to review comps in the area on advising us re: listing price. He did a tremendous walking us through the entire process of accepting a contract and negotiating the contract. He was very informative when it came to the inspections of the house.
